Rob, Alexandra and Anastasia arrived at Sapphire
Beach after a very full day of travel from Albuquerque to St. Thomas. They
settled in for a week of respite from work and we settled in to enjoy their
company.
The resort was very nice, right on the beach, and it
was loaded with children, since it was President's Week in the US and many
families were on vacation. Anastasia made friends with several children
and had her first experience with "swimming" in the ocean.
Rob & Alex had a day to themselves and went by
ferry to the Baths in the British Virgin Islands to snorkel and explore, while
Peg, Tom and Anastasia had a great time playing on the beach and in the
pool. We wish we had longer than a week, but we keep reminding ourselves
that these young people do have to go back to work.
