This page displays a short 'Update' of our current
location and activities between postings of the full trip reports. While on passage we will post daily logs of
activities on board and update the picture using the Winlink onboard email
system. The "Latest Position" button (above) is also maintained so
that you can see our position.
UPDATE:
November 12, 2004
We left Starboard Home in the Puerto Mogan Marina on
Gran Canaria. All jobs that can be done have been done. We carried
home with us a compressor for our refrigeration unit to be repaired or replaced
and a radio that requires some repair work.
In the next six weeks, we will travel to see our
children, grandchildren and friends and to spend the holidays at home. We
will return to the boat on December 29 and plan to set off for the Caribbean
sometime in the first week of January. Our best wishes to everyone for a
happy and safe holiday season.
